Go Lean
Lean Design and Manufacturability of high quality products - Both of our founders are passionate about high quality that can only be achieved through simple designs and manufacturing repeatability. Shervin and Rosa have extensive experience in both of these areas, unlike many small companies. Stratedigm has very thorough quality processes that start at the design phase with several design reviews prior to proof of concept breadboards, fully integrated and tested prototypes, alpha testing that includes customer test sites, Beta testing that includes customer sites, a pilot phase, and finally, full rate production. All of our parts and assemblies go through documented incoming and final inspection processes. In addition, our manufacturing plan is built on Kanban and JIT (just in time) principles.

Giving Back
Community Outreach - Stratedigm’s founders believe in the power of education especially in science and engineering. Our staff members are encouraged to volunteer and work with students in these fields. For the past 4 years, Rosa has served as a pro-bono advisor to the Mechanical Engineering department at San Jose State University. In addition, she is part of the mentoring program for AWIS (Association for Women in Science) at Stanford University. Shervin has put together a special internship program for engineering students that are responsible for paying their way through college. This program has sponsored many biotechnology projects at local universities.

Go Green
Planet Sustainability - Not only do we design with that in mind, but we try to implement it in our operations
- Use reusable containers to move parts to and from our partners (suppliers and customers)
